Kicking Techniques:
L-Stance Double Side Piercing Kick
L-Stance Turning Kick & Back Kick (put foot down after 1st kick)
Bending Ready Stance Side Piercing Kick & Front Elbow Strike (from Yul-Gok)
Walking Stance Front Snap Kick, Observe & Reverse Punch in Fast Motion (from Yul-Gok)
Mid-air Side Piercing Kick 180 degree
At Wall- Side Piercing Kick (Yop Chagi) Hold
At Wall – Turning Kick (Yop Dollyo) Slow x10, Normal/Fast x20
At Wall- Hook Kick, Turning Kick & Side Piercing Kick x 10
Yop Dollyo moving across the floor forwards & backwards with right leg and left leg.


Self Defence:
