Achievements: Became a 1st degree in 2005, Selected for the junior Irish team in 2006 winning a silver medal in team patterns in Euro 06 in Constanta, Romania, 2007 Irish team captain for euros in Poprad, Slovakia and worlds in Quebec, Canada, bronze medal team power Slovakia 2007, Bronze team pattern Poland-euros 08, Bronze team sparring – european cup 2009 –Poland, competed at viking cup 2009, completed polish camp in rova nuda under master jerzy jedut -2009, Member of team north mon that travelled to open european cup – slovakia 2010, First senior sparring win at Dublin open 2011 -63kg, multiple time national champion at both ITA and INTA events in patterns and sparring.

Best TKD MEMORY – Poland 09 team sparring – beating a plus seventy polish fighter and the heated semi final against the Hungarian national team which we lost on sudden death.

Best advice given- ya dont win silver.. Ya lose gold

Future goals- Return to the national team and to finally secure an international title!

Hobbies- Soccer , darts , GAA!

Earliest TKD memory- Doing kartwheels at the age of 7 during sparring , thinking i was a power ranger!

Favourite song-  Remember the name- fort minor.

TKD IDOL- Jaroslaw Suska for patterns, as a junior i always loved watching Mr.Hong Looi and Mr.Luke Woods as they never failed to impress me in the way they conducted themselves both inside and outside the ring!
