For Adults & Teenagers Taekwon-Do is like an exercise program with a bonus!  You learn to defend yourself while you get in shape.  Taekwon-Do is well known for its stress relieving benefits.  The emphasis on mind-body training goes far beyond the benefits of standard Health Club type exercise programs.

Classes provide adequate warm-up, stretching and conditioning exercises in addition to fundamental Taekwon-Do movements, pad & target work, practical self defence, core strength and stability.

Classes are conducted professionally, in a friendly manner focusing on the skills you will need to learn.
