Students train with people of their own age an level which allows students to progress to the best of their ability. Students learn to develop self-confidence and self-esteem as well as teamwork and leadership skills in a safe and disciplined environment.Fitness levels, agility, balance and coordonation are developed along with specific Taekwon-Do skills in accordance with the club’s official syllabus and the Irish Sports Council long term development programme. As students advance through the grade system they will learn that success comes to those who work for it, and they will build a personal “tradition of winning” by setting goals and achieving them, all in a focused and fun atmosphere. Our unique TKD Goals system ensures that students achieve a level of competency in all areas of Taekwon-Do at a pace based on their own ability. This system based on continuous assessment ensures students remain focused on achieving short term goals, which when accumulated lead to the larger goals like grading for the next belt or competing at championships. Each student works on achieving a level of competency before they go for their main colour belt testing.</>
